Carlos started driving the trucks and now he is a Trainer/ Assessor, passing on the skills and knowledge to a new generation of professionals.
Jess works in the maintenance team, organising parts and keeping these massive trucks on the road.
Anna was recruited through the Sisters of Mining program, she started driving the trucks and now co-ordinates the entire mine site from the dispatch office.
