Nicola started her career driving the huge mining trucks but wanted to know how they worked, she is now doing an electrical apprenticeship and working in the maintenance team.

Jess works in the maintenance team, organising parts and keeping these massive trucks on the road.
Anna was recruited through the Sisters of Mining program, she started driving the trucks and now co-ordinates the entire mine site from the dispatch office.
