SHOOTING A MUSIC VIDEO
I recently teamed up again with director Wayne Tunks to shoot a music video for Golden Guitar Award winning Australian country music singer Amber Lawrence’s latest single Heart. It's an emotional and empowering song, described by Amber as “a song for the fighters, survivors, the one's with grit, determination, spark and heart!”
We shot for two days, one day in a studio at Sydney Props and one day in various locations around Sydney including a local swimming pool.
FILMED ON THE RED MONSTRO
The clip was shot on The Red Monstro VV 8k in Red Raw with Schneider Xenon FF lenses.
Wayne was keen to embrace the dramatic storytelling from our recent projects (After Nightfall and According to Otto) and decided to shoot four seperate narratives for the video clip; a young aspiring swimmer, a bullied teenager, a single dad, and a widower. Each of them are struggling to find their place in the world but are determined to hang in there; they’ve each got "grit, determination, spark and (most importantly) Heart."
Heart is the second official single from Amber’s forthcoming album, Spark.
